If you would like to use our IPN Manager on a windows server You Can.
You will not be able to use secure folders using .htaccess.
Your sever will need to be configured to read the database to protect the
folders using MySQL and read the subscriptions table for Username/Password.
You may need to contact your system administrator for assistance with this.
