Web and Files/ IPN Subscription Manager/ :Customize Order page
We have provided a custom order page that will read your database and
generate the correct settings for your subscription. You can customize the look
of the page by including a "header.html" and a "footer.html" in
the same folder as order.php. The order page will include and display these
files before and after the form.
