Create a MySQL Database and User with access to the database, remember these
passwords you will need them for the install.
You should upload/FTP the .tar.gz file to your server. Then extract the file
contents on your server.
Most Hosts may let you telnet to your account where you can use the following
commands in the folder your .tar.gz is located in to extract them:
tar -xvzpf filename.tar.gz
